3. Service Area Compliance

All remodeling and construction projects are subject to applicable permitting and inspection processes as required by municipal building departments. Final project timelines may depend on third-party approvals (e.g., city permits, utility locates).

Accepted payment methods include cash, check, ACH, or credit card. Late payments may result in project delays or additional fees. Returned payments may incur processing charges.

9. Cancellation & Rescheduling

If you wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of your deposit, depending on the scope of the project and materials ordered.

10. Warranty and Disclaimers

We stand behind our work and provide warranties in accordance with your project contract.
However, we do not guarantee:

-Delays caused by third-party inspections, supply chain issues, or weather

-Pre-existing conditions not visible during initial walkthroughs

-Customer-supplied materials or subcontracted work not performed by our team

All services are provided “as-is” and “as available” unless stated otherwise in writing.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Virginia law, Two Guys Construction LLC shall not be liable for:

-Any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages

-Delays or losses due to missed communications, permitting delays, or unforeseen job site conditions

Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific project.

We value your privacy. Your data is collected solely for communication, scheduling, and marketing purposes.
